The bacteria R.capsulata was put in a médium containing NaCl, NHCl, they were washed five timeswith wáter, this was done with a pH of 7.

The bacteria were put with a solution done with Cl and Au, the color of the solution went from pale yellow to purple, which indicated the formation of gold nanoparticles extracellularly, the reaction was completed after 48 h of incubation indicating that it was a slow process. The experiment indicated that the sinthetys of gold nanoparticles was obtained by the reduction of these microorganism, exactly with the R.capsulata bacteria.
